Requirements:
Must have 5
years working under a prescribed development process Must have developed high-performance software for constrained target environments including multithreaded application design Must have experience in C#/.
NET design, implementation and test Must have technical or team leadership experience Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn new development technologies and application areas Experience in the following considered a plus Requirements analysis, management, and documentation WPF, other.
Net UI technologies; WCF, message queues, web services, REST API Experience working with and controlling hardware such as pumps, motors, cameras, DAQ, etc.
Design of sophisticated, custom UI controls Communication protocols, LIS/HIS including ASTM, HL7, DICOM Unmanaged code including C+
and C Web development with HTML5, Angular, ASP.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
