Description: Aspect consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a Contract to Hire position located in Langhorne, PA.
Must have experience with Salesforce, Apex and SQL
Responsibilities/Roles:
This is a hands-on role that will require proof of concept (poc) development and providing configuration, VisualForce and APEX coding support for the team
Will act as a liaison with business teams, business analyst and Salesforce configurator to understand CRM requirements and translate into Salesforce.com design especially around mass configuration and customization
Be a part of architecture discussions and prepare the architecture including all SFDC integration components
Perform fit-gap analysis and detailed estimation for Salesforce.com projects
Delivery ownership of Functional and Technical Design for SFDC projects
Technical point of contact for Salesforce.com projects
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance practices like root cause analysis to remove and prevent defects
Skills/Requirements/
Experience:
Certified Salesforce.com developer or consultant with 3
years of experience desired
Experience working with Offshore teams
Strong hands-on Apex programming and Visual Force capability
Good Java programming skills desired
Hands-on job scheduling and Integration of Salesforce.com using Web Services
Hands on experience with CTI highly desired, experience with Informatica Cloud desired
Experienced in handling data migration and code deployment using data loader and Eclipse respectively in SFDC environments
Well versed in Salesforce.com fit gap analysis, creation of SFDC design and entity models, architecture
Good understanding of solution implementation on Force.com
Experienced in SFDC release management/deployment activities
Strong functional knowledge of CRM, Sales/Service and Custom cloud
Knowledge of testing tools and techniques to write scripts and set up test environment for development and Integration environments
Strong customer interfacing skills, written and verbal communication skills
Working Experience in agile development projects
Education:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related fieldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
