Position Summary
Function as a key contributor to the continuous improvement of both internal and client facing processes. This role must be able to balance business needs of senior level leadership and work closely with business unit owners to identify training goals and improvement opportunities. This role will coach lean six sigma team members on the proper use of six sigma tools and the DMAIC process while delivering tangible results. In this highly visible role the employee must be able to interact with multiple layers and diverse responsibility groups within the client and corporate environments.
This role will directly report to the VP of Engineering Services.
Responsibilities:
Lean Six Sigma Deployment
Under the direction of VP of Engineering Services develop an ongoing assessment and deployment process for assuring Lean Six Sigma is aligned with the strategic direction of the company.
Lean Six Sigma Program Management
Schedule and Co-Facilitate Monthly Meetings with Senior Leadership Team
Identify key business improvement opportunities
Facilitate the Project Selection Process
Training
Facilitate in house training for New Hires, Senior Leadership, Managers, Reliability Engineers and line level employees.(Executive Training - Green Belt Training - Yellow Belt Training - Lunch and Learns - Best in Class Lean Essentials-Reliability for Engineering Services - Other Trainings as requested)
Serve as administrator of the e-learning training portal
Provide coaching on LSS Tools as needed
Develop training materials and templates as needed
Project / Initiative Support
Serve as Black Belt Support on Lean Six Sigma Projects Green Belt Team Lead Mentoring
Facilitate Mapping exercises, Jump Starts and/or Kaizens as assigned
Participate on other project teams and initiatives as assigned
Engineering Services Support
PowerSteering Back-up Administrator
Provide support to primary PS admin for Report Creation, System maintenance, license management, communications,
Work directly with engineering services team and program managers for streamlined reporting of financial savings
Contribute to the development of projects to maintain infrastructure and improve reliability strategies.
Support the standardization of business procedures across engineering services.
Attend Monthly Engineering Services Round Table calls, provide ongoing LSS training
Works directly with customer concerning technical issues and ensuring customer relations are maintained and objectives are established and accomplished.
Serve as resource for initiatives that need black belt support

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical discipline
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with 3-5 years relevant experience (Master Black Belt Preferred)
Experience in establishing a LSS program
Project Management certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and proven project management experience.
Experience in MRO and/or Procurement environments is a plus.
Microsoft Office Proficiency. (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft a plus
Ability to work autonomously with demonstrated strong work ethic.
Proven experience in making sound business decisions to drive business through client success.
Travel up to 45% required between the different sitesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
