Hayride Driver

PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain vehicle for hayride operation
Assist all guests on and off of the vehicle to ensure guest safety
Transport guests safely to each destination
Follow and enforce all safety procedures
Complete various tasks throughout the day as assigned by management
Consistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
Maintain a professional appearance that meets SEA grooming standards
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
Must be available to work weekends in the Fall
Must have good customer skills
Must be comfortable in a safety sensitive position
Must be able to lift 40lbs +
Experience operating a large vehicle preferred
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions with or without shade
Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
