You will be responsible for communicating with patients and managing the schedule.
The Ideal candidate is very proficient with technology and computers and knows how to multi-task on a computer.
Dental Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities Greet patients Answer phone calls, Respond to emails Scheduling patient for new and follow up appointments Insurance verification, Treatment planning Patient payments in office Send and receive Insurance Claims Maintain confidentiality of all patient records Dental Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications 1
years of experience working in a Dental Office as Front Desk or Patient Care coordinator Knowledge of treatment planning and billing Knowledge of Dental Insurance verification, Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records' Job Type:
