- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Organize and maintain case files and documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and other legal documents.

- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Law Firm will train the right candidate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
