00 / hour Job Summary The Onboarding Assistant is responsible for assisting with pre-employment tasks that set up newly hired employees at Woods Services.
Responsibilities:
Assists with fingerprinting new hire employees.
Processes and tracks clearances (PA child abuse, NJ child abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI, etc) for new and current employees.
Maintains the orientation log for new employees.
Takes pictures for new employee's ID badges.
Processes PAF's (Personnel Action Form).
Processes renewal documents and clearances for current employees.
Provides back-up for the front desk as needed in the absence of the Receptionist.
Assists the Employment Department in preparing for job/career fairs.
Upholds the confidentiality of all records.
Other duties as assigned or as become necessary.
Assists within the Human Resources Department as necessary.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Computer literacy is required.
One year of office experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and previous filing and/or human resources/recruiting experience helpful.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
