We are looking for qualified customer service candidates to monitor internet leads and respond in a timely fashion.
Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and telephone skills to effectively set appointments.
Call center or automotive experience is a preference but not a must.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to effectively communicating with customers and directly responding to their inquiries.
Primary responses are via telephone, text, email, and live chat.
This is not a sales position.
Your main responsibility will be setting up and converting internet leads into showroom customers.
Fulltime position:
The hours are Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm.
No Saturdays or nights.
Salary:
$17.
00 / hour with additional bonus opportunities every month.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
