This position will report to the Purchasing Supervisor.
Duties include but are not limited to:
typing reports, memoranda, bids and purchase orders; handling incoming calls; receiving and distributing district mail; maintaining inventory control (WIS); as well as any other office related needs.
Qualifications include high school graduate with additional office training preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, spreadsheet applications and ability to learn district software programs including but not limited to Edulog and our eRP software; strong organization and communication skills and the ability to self direct and work cooperatively with colleagues in a small office area.
