Dental Implant & Periodontal Surgeons is a growing leader in periodontal and dental implant services in Bucks and Delaware counties.
This position is for a front desk person in a periodontal office- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Half a day), and Fridays.
Some basic experience in the dental field and terminology is preferred.
The position is in a periodontal office that treats patients in Gum surgery, Dental Implants and IV sedation in Newtown.
Workdays are Monday 9-6, Tuesday 9-4, Wednesdays 9-6, and Thursday 9-4 PM, and Fridays 9-3 PM Health insurance paid at 50% after three months and 100% after three years Hiring Bonus $500.
0 paid after three months over four payments The position requires a friendly, motivated, and organized person that communicates well, is willing to learn, and can handle the fast paced demand in the office.
The right candidate must be proficient with computers.
Job Duties as needed related to front desk Answering phone calls, Greeting patients, Scheduling and confirming appointments, Updating patient records, and Verifying insurances as well as well as presenting treatment plans Work on pre-determinations and PTEs after making necessary corrections, and contacting patients to schedule.
Assist in Marketing and reaching out to referring doctors, schedule meetings and lunches for the doctors with potential referring dentists How You'll Succeed:
Have an eagerness to learn and grow Ready to be part of a patient centric-team Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Denticon software knowledge is a plus but not a must Basic dental terminology Dependable Job Type:
