Responsibilities:
Answer/direct phone calls Organize/schedule appointments Process income tax returns and payroll tax returns Type letters, memos, faxes, and financial statements Maintain filing systems both electronic & paper Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel, specifically) Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritize work Team-oriented Detail-oriented Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong desire and willingness to learn

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
