This position will provide support to the members of the Curriculum and Instruction Department, including, but not limited to the Staff Development/Data Specialists; Coaches, Directors of C&I in completion of various office responsibilities and special projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation of reports; tracking program attendance; scheduling programs; communicating with staff; copying and assisting in the creation and maintaining the C&I budget.
Responsibilities also include working with grant funds and reports for local, state and federal agencies as well as special projects as needed.
Qualifications include strong computer skills including word programs and spreadsheet applications and ability to learn district software programs.
Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work as a team and independently as needed is required.
