We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a File Clerk.
As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files, providing administrative support, and assisting with various office tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in accordance with established procedures - Perform data entry to update and maintain accurate records - Assist with order entry and processing - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned - Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments - Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred - Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
